We offer free shipping, returns and exchanges in the US and the UK.
We currently ship to the US and the UK. For United Kingdom orders, please place your order on hencroft.co.uk. We hope to expand to other regions and countries. 

For safety and security, we do not deliver to PO boxes, APO addresses and FPO addresses.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Time or during holidays and weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

As we ship during business days, orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm Pacific Time or over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning. All orders placed with complimentary shipping take 5-7 business days to arrive. For faster shipping, we offer FedEx Two Day or Next Day shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. We offer a 30 day return period: we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. If you’re not satisfied, contact us at help@hencroft.com, we’ll send you a return label. Please note, we can only accept items that haven’t been worn, washed, or altered.
Please contact us at help@hencroft.com. We’ll generate a Return Authorization Number and send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the unworn and undamaged items, we’ll issue a refund.
If you wish to exchange an item, let us know which replacement item you would like when requesting your return label. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the replacement item to you.
All refunds will be processed to the same method of payment used when placing your order. Processing time can vary between different financial institutions and usually takes between 2 - 10 business days for the refund to reach your account. Your refund will exclude any additional shipping costs originally paid.
